Ingredients

  • Maille Mayonnaise with Old Style Mustard

  • Thick cut Bacon

  • 1 Conestoga egg

  • 1 leaf Iceberg lettuce

  • Cream cheese

  • 1 slice Heirloom tomato

  • 1 Potato Bun

Instructions

  1. Start by cracking your egg into a ramequin and cook in the microwave for 35 seconds

  2. Cut your bacon into thick slices and place them into a cold pan. Let them render on each side for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. Warm up your bun directly into the pan used for your bacon.

  4. Lay out all your other ingredients and build your sandwich.
