Ingredients

  • 50gr Maille Dijon Mustard

  • 200gr Spinach

  • 200gr Mustard greens

  • 200ml Chicken broth

  • 400ml 35% Cooking cream

  • 50gr Maille Dijon Mustard

  • 200gr Spinach

  • 200gr Mustard greens

  • 200ml Chicken broth

  • 400ml 35% Cooking cream

  • 50gr Maille Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken broth, cream, mustard to a pan and reduce. 

  2. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with half a cup of salted cooking water.

  3. Add the baby spinach and mustard greens at the last minute and mix.

  4. Serve.
