30 ml Maille Honey Mustard
8 Maille Crunchy Gherkins
4 unit Chicken thighs
4 Brioche burger bun
250 ml Babeure
500 ml Flour
4 sheets Iceberg lettuce
1 clove Garlic
2 liters Canola oil

150 ml Maille Honey Mustard

500 ml Flour

2 liters Canola oil
For the honey mustard :
150 ml Maille Honey Mustard
Clean and cut up your chicken.
Marinate chicken with mustard and garlic.
Chop lettuce.
Put the chicken in the flour, then in the buttermilk and again in the flour.
Place chicken in deep fryer at 350 F for 3 minutes, then remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
Return chicken to fryer for 3 minutes.
Slice bread.
Put honey mustard on both sides, add lettuce, pickles and finish with chicken.
