Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. Maille Old Style Whole Grain mustard

  • 1 bag (8 to 10 oz.) kettle-style potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350o.

  2. Using a spoon, transfer the old-fashioned Maille mustard to a flat-bottomed bowl. Add the chips and stir quickly but gently. The chips should not be saturated with mustard. Each chip should be covered with a sprinkle.

  3. Spread the chips in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet (preferably a silicone mat).

  4. Cook, stirring once, for about 4 minutes, then broil over low heat for 2 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent the chips from burning!

  5. Let cool and serve within 24 hours.
