Ingredients

  • 4 ounces dark-style or stout beer

  • 1 jar (8.11 oz.) Maille® Honey Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Simmer beer in small saucepan over medium-high heat until reduced by half, about 5 minutes; let cool.

  2. Stir in Maille® Honey Dijon Mustard. Serve with French fries, hot pretzels or German sausages.

Also terrific with Maille® Old Style or Maille Originale Dijon Mustard.
