Ingredients

  • 1 cas Maille Old Style Dijon Mustard

  • 300gr Baby potatoes

  • ½ Bunch of dill

  • 100ml Olive oil

  • 1 Lemon

  • 1 Lime

  • 1 cas Mayonnaise

  • ½ Chopped shallot

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes, until they are tender inside

  2. Mix the lime juice and the lemon juice, with their respective zest

  3. Chop the dill and mix all the ingredients

  4. Once the potatoes are cooked, put them under cold water

  5. Cut the potatoes into small pieces

  6. Combine chopped dill, shallots, olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, mustard and mayonnaise.

  7. Mix the potatoes with the sauce

  8. Add lime and lemon zest to taste
