Salad:
4 Carrots
1 botte Radish
½ Cauliflower
1 Salade Frisé
Fail proof vinaigrette (see recipe)
Vinaigrette :
1 tbsp Maille Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Maille Red Wine Vinegar
250ml Olive oil
Salt & pepper

Cut the carrots and radishes very finely with a mandolin
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces
Toss the cut vegetables with the salad.
Drizzle vinaigrette on your salad
For the dressing:
Mix the Dijon Mustard with the vinegar using a whisk
Add salt and pepper
Add gradually the olive oil, still beating vigorously with the whisk
