Ingredients

  • 2 tbs Maille Mayonnaise with Old Style Mustard

  • 1 tbs Maille Old Style Dijon Mustard

  • 3 Heirloom tomatoes

  • 1 Pie Shell

  • 1 bouquet Parsley

  • 1 bouquet Dill

  • Lindsey Cheddar

Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes, season with salt, and let them sit for 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  3. Cover the bottom of the pie shell with the Maille Mayonnaise followed by the Old Style Mustard.

  4. Grate your cheddar cheese directly into the pie shell simply to cover the bottom of the shell.

  5. Place your sliced tomatoes in the pie.

  6. Put the pie in the oven for 12 minutes at 350ºF.

  7. Once your pie is cooked, let it sit 30 minutes to cool down.

  8. Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley and dill.
