Spring salad and vinaigrette

Ingredients

Salade:

  • 4 Carrots

  • 1 botte Radish

  • ½ Cauliflower

  • 1Salade Frisé

  • Fail proof vinaigrette (see recipe)

Vinaigrette:

  • Maille Dijon Mustard

  • Maille Red Wine Vinegar

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots and radishes very finely with a mandolin

  2. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces

  3. Toss the cut vegetables with the salad.

  4. Drizzle vinaigrette on your salad

For the dressing:

  1. Mix the Dijon Mustard with the vinegar using a whisk

  2. Add salt and pepper

  3. Add gradually the olive oil, still beating vigorously with the whisk
