12 green asparagus stalks
2 small avocados
3 medium portobello mushrooms
A handful of Arugula
2x spring onion

Slice the mushrooms and grill with the asparagus in a griddle pan
Slice the baguette diagonally, drizzle some olive oil on top, grill or roast until crispy and golden brown.
Spread the Maille Dijon mustard on the slices bread.
Spread the mushrooms and asparagus evenly on each slice and top with sliced avocado, sliced spring onions and toasted hazelnuts
