Cornichon sandwich

Ingredients

  • 6x thick slices fresh sourdough bread

  • 1 cup julienne sliced vegetables (carrot, red cabbage, celeriac etc.)

  • 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • Maille cornichons

  • radishes

  • Mixed lettuce with herbs (arugula, chives, Romain lettuce etc.)

Instructions

  1. Mix the finely sliced vegetables with the mayonnaise and season to taste.

  2. Transfer the vegetable salad to the slices bread and top it off with the radishes, Maille cornichons and mixed lettuce.
