Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Maille Honey Mustard

  • 2 slices of Country bread

  • Cooked Maille Ham (see recipe) or store bought ham

  • Tartuffata (or equivalent truffle cream)

  • Grated Emmental Cheese

  • Dozen Kalamata olives (pitted)

  • Crème fraiche

Instructions

  1. Brush the two slices with the mustard, the Tartuffata

  2. Add the crème fraîche, ham, cheese to one of the bread slices

  3. Stack the second slice with the sauce side inward

  4. Add the crème fraîche and cheese on top

  5. Preheat the oven to 350°, and bake for 15-20min
