Instructions
Chop your anchovies and capers. Place in a large bowl.
Add your Mayonnaise and Red Wine Vinegard. Mix well.
Toss in your finely chopped radicchio, fennel and white endives to coat.
Grate Romano cheese overtop and season witth black pepper.
