Italian Bitter Greens Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs Maille Mayonnaise with Old Style Mustard

  • 2 tbs Maille Mayonnaise with Dijon Mustard

  • 1 tbs Maille Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1 cup Radicchio

  • 1 cup White Endives

  • 1 cup Fennel

  • ⅓ cup Romano cheese

  • 2 Oil-packed anchovy fillets

  • 2 tbs Capers

  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop your anchovies and capers. Place in a large bowl.

  2. Add your Mayonnaise and Red Wine Vinegard. Mix well.

  3. Toss in your finely chopped radicchio, fennel and white endives to coat.

  4. Grate Romano cheese overtop and season witth black pepper.
