Ingredients

  • 3 tbs Maille Mayonnaise with Dijon Mustard

  • 150 gr Yellow fin tuna

  • 1 tsp Maille Crunchy Gherkins

  • 1 tsp Capers

  • 1 tsp Diced shallot

  • 2 tsp Fresh horseradish

  • 1 bunch Flat parsley

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon juice and zest

  • Kalamata olives

  • Micro greens

  • Baguette

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Ustensils:

  • Spoon

  • Baking pan

  • Knife

  • Bowls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.

  2. Slice bread thinly on an extreme bias.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

  5. Mix together all ingredients, reserving the lemon juice, micro greens and olive for plating.

  6. Mound tuna mixture on toasted baguette.

  7. Top with olives, micro greens and a dash of fresh lemon juice.
